What We Did
BCA Executive Consultants serves as the primer for executive and organizational development, offering consulting services to commercial, nonprofit, and government organizations.
Formerly Bo Carrington & Associates, BCA Executive Consultants approached us for a rebuild of their brand and website that would visually engage visitors while showcasing the company’s impact on their respective clients.
After several conversations we designed the BCA Diamond. Though somewhat abstract, the diamond conveys BCA’s commitment to the long term success of its clients and reflects the founder’s philosophy: we find our authentic self through the pressures and heat of life.
From the diamond we took a slightly more minimalist and industrial approach, using clean lines, monochromatic imagery, color schemes , and negative space to give viewers room to breathe throughout the website. This, coupled with BCA’s engaging and thought provoking content, gives users all the information necessary to ask the right questions.
The visual branding process was lengthy but inspired. We got to know Bo and his general vision for himself and his business. While not the creative type, through candid conversations, his taste began to emerge. From those small nuggets of insight, we established the direction and gave him something that, in his words, he “didn’t even know he wanted, much less needed.”
Based on our branding, we created a UI/ UX that was clean, minimal, gesture, and mobile friendly. Taking note of BCA’s client roster, we weren’t afraid to be industrial and direct with their aesthetic. The lines, angles, colors, textures, and subject matter of the visuals and backgrounds create a feeling of consistency and flow, echoing the design elements found in the diamond.
